Tennis Apprentice for Local Teachers!
Ready to serve up some fun? Tennis Apprentice — brought to you by CVTA and USTA — is perfect for beginner tennis players, and this session is just for local teachers! No prior experience necessary. Just bring your enthusiasm to play, unwind, and rejuvenate. Your wellbeing matters on and off the clock, and tennis is a fantastic way to relieve stress, get active, and boost your mental wellness.
At just $60, it’s a great deal — and this program is exclusively for new USTA members, so if you’ve never been part of USTA, this is your chance. Each session transitions you straight into your first USTA league, with your league entry fee and USTA membership included in the cost!
Grab your racket and join us on the court — enjoy beginner-friendly drills, fun games, and plenty of skill-building along the way.
For only $60, participants will receive:
- 6 hours of instruction with a Tennis Pro ($120 value)
- Free tennis racket ($30 value)
- One year USTA membership* ($44 value)
- First USTA league entry fee ($28 value)
Maximum 12 participants
*USTA membership & racket available only to players who’ve never held a USTA membership before. Everyone is eligible for all other benefits.
Tennis Apprentice at Polk Tennis Academy — Classes at Rockmart High School
- What: 4 sessions, 1.5 hours each, beginner level
- Who: Local teachers (18 & up), no experience needed
- When: Tuesdays, 6:00–7:30 PM — August 18, 25 & September 1, 8
- Where: Rockmart High School Tennis Courts, 990 Cartersville Hwy, Rockmart, GA 30153
- Cost: $60
